These trolleys have been designed and manufactured by Antuco&emd to facilitate the storage and transport of volleyball posts. Made of curved and enamelled tube of diameter 30 mm. They are stable, light and resistant. With rubber wheels of diameter 200 mm to be able to bear a total load of 800 kg. The omnidirectional rear wheels and their tight dimensions allow easy handling and comfortable manoeuvrability.
All the metallic structure follows an anti-grease phosphate of zinc process.
Finally, all the structure goes to a polymerisation furnace where the piece is subjected to 200°C. This process gives to the metallic structure a high anti-rust resistance, a high impact resistance, great brightness and colour stability in a continuous exposure to 150 ºC. The process in the paint tunnel is in red colour.
