Volleyball referee podium joined to the post with fixed height.
Made of steel tube of Ø40.2 . and platform made of glued coniferous sheets, filmed on both sides with phenolic paper based on resins and hot-pressed and polymerized.
All the metallic structure follows an anti-grease phosphate of zinc process.
Finally, all the structure goes to a polymerisation furnace where the piece is subjected to 200°C. This process gives to the metallic structure a high anti-rust resistance, a high impact resistance, great brightness and colour stability in a continuous exposure to 150 ºC. The process in the paint tunnel is in red colour.
